01. Processing Rationales

We process data based on several legal pillars. Primarily, this supports Contractual Necessity: we cannot design your residence or commercial headquarters without access to basic identity and spatial records.

Secondly, we act under Legal Obligation. As Danish consultants, we must retain specific financial and structural records to comply with tax laws and national building regulations. Finally, we use Legitimate Interest to refine our design services and maintain the security of our digital portfolio.

02. Third-Party Spatial Partners

Privacy is a collective responsibility. We only share data with vetted partners who assist in the spatial lifecycle, including:
