Does your studio provide general contracting?
No. We specialize in architectural design and spatial consulting. We provide the material specifications and structural plans, then act as design advisors during the construction phase to ensure your General Contractor adheres to the vision.
Can I schedule a material review at the studio?
Yes. Our Viborg studio maintains an archive of stone, timber, and textile samples. These reviews are scheduled as part of an active project design cycle or following a successful initial consultation.
Do you handle local planning permissions?
We provide all necessary architectural technical drawings required for Danish planning permission (Byggetilladelse). The actual filing can be managed by the client or as an additional administrative service through our studio.
